All Hallows Eve~ plus random thoughts

I know it's a day early but Happy Halloween~
Why does Halloween have to be on a week day?  I won't be able to watch as many Halloween movies as I'd hope...  
I'll definitely be watching Hocus Pocus though!  It's a yearly tradition
I also want to put in Bram Stoker's Dracula, and -maybe- Interview With A Vampire.  I was always kinda "meh" about that movie (but Tom Cruise as Lestat though~ <3 )
Also, I'll be playing -lots- of Blackmore's Night.  We're talking Darkness, Fires at Midnight, the Circle, I Guess It Doesn't Matter Anymore, Locked within a Crystal Ball.  Sooooo many good songs that I just can't even- *nerds out*
Other than that and loading myself with delicious candies, I won't be doing much...
I hope I won't get nightmares on Halloween...  As much as my interest in Rise of the Guardians has faded, I still believe in the Guardians of Childhood and their nemesis the Nightmare King (Pitch Black).  I actually sent my Christmas list to North via the Rise of the Guardians App on my iPod not too long ago ^^

I'm very...I wouldn't say stressed, but maybe troubled.  I signed up on NaNoWriMo and it's 2 days away and I don't have a novel idea (that is, I don't have a conflict.  I do kind of have a witches theme idea).
Part of me wants it to be a young adult read, but I wonder if the young adult supernatural being theme is getting stale.  I mean, you've got The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and....dare I say it?....*gulp* Twilight.
But again, I'm lacking a conflict to make a "story"  I don't have any antagonists and I only just came up with the main character's name last night...

There's another idea I have that involves a country based on a idea of a Greco-Japan or Greco-Asian culture.  But I haven't fully fleshed out anything yet. Just a "map" and some ideas for fashion styles.  But that's it.  I do want to stick with my witches idea for the NaNoWriMo though.... 

I do feel bad though that my activity is slow.  I've been trying to focus back into writing my original works and not fanfiction so much, plus I've been trying to reign myself in as far as drawing goes for the same reason.  And when I do eventually cave in and draw, I have to do so traditionally, which--again--requires me to scan onto my laptop....and where I overcharged the battery I have to physically shut down my laptop, unplug the power cord, go to the living room with my laptop, plug it back in and turn it on, plug in the cord for the printer and scan the picture into paint.  Then repeating the cycle of shutting down, unplugging, re-plugging and turning on.  Sometimes I have to scan my drawing twice...the first time is to ensure I don't "ruin" my drawing because I really have a tendency to mess up when it comes to inking and having a back up of the sketch is nice.  The second time being when it's actually done.  
That, plus some personal matters going on in my life makes uploading art slow and difficult.  But, the good news is I'm focusing more on what I should be doing with my time--devoting to research and writing my own works so that way I can eventually be an author.  Right now though, I'm just trying to take things one step at a time.  

On a change of subject....Last episode of RWBY Volume 2 tonight! It's gonna be sooooo epic!  Last episode was just so odgaiyoddidyoadf--gah! >W<

My theory is that something happened where Summer Rose was forced to fake her own death to try to protect Ruby from something.  Perhaps following in her footsteps to be a Huntress?</sub>

Naruto Shippuden is ending soon  
I ended up seeing spoilers of the latest manga thanks to some groups on Facebook.  Kishimoto why did you do that!? ;^;
And Naruto The Last....I still can't get over Naruto's insanely short haircut.  It looks so funky to me! >~<
But I really do hope that NaruHina will be a thing!  It's my OTP~  I swear if Kishimoto makes Sakura and Naruto be together I'm going to go all Kushina and just rant like there's no tomorrow.  
It's not that I don't like Sakura (granted, she can be a b- to Naruto at times).  But like I said, NaruHina always was and always will be my OTP and I think that SasuSaku makes a better pair.  Though since Sasuke only continued to act like such a prick to Sakura, I think SakuSai would have a better chance now.  I wish Neji would come back so he and Tenten can be together.... And I was extremely dissapointed to hear that Kishi said that ShikaTema won't happen!  It's like...urgh....why?  Minato and Kushina were from different clans and they made it work!  I just I dunno....
Also, one last thing....  Naruto better be the next Hokage!  I mean, I wouldn't have any trouble with it if Kakashi was, but it wouldn't really fit him I guess....I just see him as more of a sensei than a hokage figure to me.  Also, Konohamaru though he is blood related to the third hokage, I haven't seen much of him to accurately judge if he'd be good for the position (granted I just reached the Kakashi vs Pain fight...  My feels are still trying to heal from that OTL ).  And Sasuke I just can't think of him as the Hokage--there's no way.  Shikamaru I would think would be good, but paper work probably wouldn't be his style.  Besides, he said that he promised Asuma to be a sensei to Kurenai's baby.  But dang it Kishimoto!  Naruto as Hokage please!

After the series gets over, I'll probably keep my OC's.  Heck, I may even invent new ones (one of my friends suggested creating a sensei for Heza to start out with rather than Kakashi bouncing between two teams, I agree with her on that.  Even he wouldn't be able to keep up with two teams...Plus I need to think up a third oc for Heza and Haru's team.  And I should probably develop Haru's character a little more--Gah!  So much to do ).   But like I said before, right now I need to focus on my original stuff.  Sooo....that's all I got o3o
